You may use this website only as permitted by law. The site is provided for general information about our Icelandic compute infrastructure. It does not create a binding service contract by itself.
Using this site does not give you ownership of any intellectual property in our brand, content, or designs. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Enterprise Services
Provision of compute, storage, networking, or related services requires a separate written agreement. Fees, SLAs, data processing terms, and acceptable use are defined in that agreement and any order forms—not on this marketing site alone.
Accounts and Access
Some Destinade or Svalinn products may require accounts. You are responsible for credentials issued to you and for activity under those credentials. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SVALINN AND DESTINADE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE. Aggregate liability related to the website shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100), except where prohibited by law.
