Data Processing Agreement
A short overview of how customer data is processed when you run workloads on Svalinn infrastructure.
Purpose
When you purchase Svalinn infrastructure services, Destinade Tech Solutions Ltd. (or its affiliate) typically acts as a processor of personal data that you or your users place in the environment. You remain the controller of that data.
What a Signed DPA Covers
- Subject matter, duration, and nature of processing
- Categories of data and data subjects (as defined by you)
- Security measures appropriate to the risk
- Subprocessor disclosure and change notices
- Assistance with data-subject requests and breach notification
- Return or deletion of data at end of service
Location
Primary processing for Svalinn compute occurs in Iceland, outside Five Eyes jurisdiction. Transfers, if any, are addressed in the signed DPA and applicable transfer tools.
